Paste the lesson plan the AI gives you, check it, then print. It prints black on white with no menus or buttons, and the student handout starts on its own page.
Planning notes for this lesson
Prerequisite skills to check: retelling a story's beginning, middle and end (RL.2.5); describing how characters respond to major events (RL.2.3); words for feelings such as happy, angry and worried.
Warm-up idea: Act out a short scene, such as a student who finds a lost wallet and turns it in, and ask what kind of person did that and how they know.
Exit ticket idea: Students name one trait of a main character, give a detail from the text that shows it, and explain how one of the character's actions caused the next event in the story.
Always check the AI's plan and answers before you teach.
